Sorry, though people will try to sell you stuff that will, you can't rub something on stretched skin to make it look unstretched. But, if you are not that fair skinned you could try using a fading cream like Nadinola ( in the black hair care dept of stores like Walmart. Its not for hair and not just for blacks but that's where it is). Neutrigena and Oil of Olay have fading creams too but Nadinola has more of the active ingredient in it.
What the fading cream can POSSIBLY do is to fade all the skin in the stretched area so its lighter and less noticeable. That may take a couple of weeks to work though.
You could also use a waterproof makeup meant to cover up scars and discoloration. I think one is called Dermablend and his sold in department stores like Macy's. If you can get that to match perfectly, you can do that.
Having said that, stretch marks aren't ugly! They just are what they are. I have seen men with stretch marks on their arms. I have seen skinny women with them and young girls like yourself. Don't worry about it. Because if you do the stuff I suggested, it still is kind of a hassle doing all that. Do you really want to not swim because of non-disfiguring skin?
How about just buy a swim suit that covers that. They have “boy cut” suits that have very short legs on the bottoms. Try some on. You might like them.
