Stretch Mark Surgery
Stretch Mark Surgery
There are many different methods out there that doctors recommend to help prevent, and diminish stretch marks in both men, and women. Many pregnant women get stretch marks from the rapid growth in the skin from being pregnant.
Many women, and men alike use treatment like different topical lotions, and creams, which contain vitamin-e, and trofolastin in them to help prevent, and diminish already present marks. When you get stretch marks they are usually permanent because a stretch mark comes from when the middle layer of the skin (the dermis) rips, and causes a scar in the middle layer of the tissue. Some lotions like coco butter have been said to help to prevent the stretch marks from appearing, but tests have proven that the coco butter lacks the vitamins, and the trofolastin needed to aid in stretch mark removal.
Men also get stretch marks as well, usually this is because of obesity, or rapid muscle growth as well. The stretch marks that some men get can appear on the stomach, the upper arm, the back, and the chest of men as well as women. Men can also use things like different lotions to help remove the marks. The best method though for both men, and women in stretch mark surgery. This is the process in which a doctor with a pulse dye laser will generally wound the under layer, or the middle layer of skin so that, the body will begin to repair it, and produce more elasticity in that area.
The surgery method has been proven to aid in stretch mark removal, and show a great percentage in removing, and diminishing the stretch marks. Almost 75% to 90% improvement rate has been reported from using the pulse dye laser surgery to help remove the stretch marks. Many women, and men have used this method, and like said above have reported great results with this surgery. Although it is a cosmetic surgery, and is quite expensive for most American incomes, if you want to completely remove the stretch marks, this is basically the only option for people.
