I've been a clinical Aesthetician for over half a decade, and I'm going to talk to you about whether or not aloe juice will get rid of stretch marks and acne scars. Now aloe juice is so good for so many things. It rejuvenates the skin, it has a ton of antioxidants which kill free radicals in our skin, and it also helps to regenerate cell renewal. So in that sense it's going to be very good for your stretch marks and your acne scars, however it is not a 1oo% fix. You can only help these things, and that's what aloe juice is going to do for you. It's going to improve the appearance of them. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to show you a little at home remedy that you can do for your stretch marks. So you want to start with clean skin first of all; my client has clean skin. And you can make your own exfoliant at home. I'm going to use some raw sugar, and you can actually use Aloe Vera gel it's great for the surface of the skin and drinking it is good for your skin and your whole body. So lift your arm for me please. So we are going to just rub the area with this exfoliant. Do that for about 5 minutes and the exfoliation is going to stimulate collagen, bring blood to the surface, and really help the healing of that. Also the acne scars are going to do very well with the exfoliation and aloe Vera juice.
