Well at this age if u get stretch marks then it means may be u have extra fat across ur lower stomach & legs.If its like that then first try to loose some wait from there. Because the cause of these marks in these age can be Quick weight gain or loss is an established cause of stretch marks. Physical changes during puberty also cause stretch marks.

Following tips will help you effectively prevent the occurrence of stretch marks:-

-Avoid gaining or losing weight quickly. A quick change in the body’s composition is not correspondingly matched with enough production of collagen and elastin that help keep the skin soft, supple, and free from stretch marks.

-Your skin needs to be hydrated at all times to remain soft and function effectively. For that, your body would require an adequate amount of fluids. Drinking a lot of water prevents stretch marks and improves skin quality.

-Exercise daily to keep your skin supple and free from toxins. This will help by toning the skin of your body and increase its elasticity.

-Try appling Cocoa Butter or Bio Oil they work like wonder.

-Prescription creams containing Tretinoin, also called Retin-A, may help reduce the appearance of fresh stretch marks.This type of treatment will not eliminate stretch marks completely, and it won't work on older marks that have already faded from red.

-Laser surgery is sometimes used to lessen the severity of stretch marks, but the results are mixed. Microdermabrasion has been somewhat more successful in changing the appearance of stretch marks. Both treatments are expensive and should only be performed by qualified doctors.

-though it is difficult to remove or repair stretch marks,But you can make a drastic improvement in their appearance using the above mention things.
